A low moisture, high foaming “monolayer polymer encapsulate” carpet and fabric cleaner / protector formulated for use in high traffic areas such as hotels, motels, hospitals, high-rise buildings, and other types of commercial facilities where a fast acting quick drying cleaner is required. As EncapSoil-Guard dries, it encapsulates and binds the soil until the carpet is vacuumed. EncapSoil-Guard monolayer polymer significantly enhances the stain release property of the fabric or fiber while it reduces or eliminates re-soiling. When cleaned according to label directions, nylon and wool fibers are acid dye resistant. Safe on stain resistant carpet.
